This is a shame that after receiving the full amount from us, neither you are delivering the order (it was supposed to be delivered on 16th March) at my residence, nor you are allowing me to cancel the order and refund my money. This is a clear case of cheating your customer and forcing me to think of taking legal actions.
Please note that, till now we have not received any commitment about the delivery time and slot. We have already asked for immediate cancellation of this order through your WhatsApp channel and also spoken with your customer care executives (Anuj, Ayesha and others).
Request you to treat this email as my final intimation that if this order is not delivered by today/ tomorrow, I need the cancellation request to be processes immediately and the money to be refunded to the source account. Failing to this, will leave no option in my side but to lodge a consumer complaint to relevant legal authority by EOD 23 March 2026.
