I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the service center. I have battery related problem with my laptop so I Was Go to the service center then they checked there and they gave 2-3 days but they spent time more than 3 days and after 10 days they called me and said me that laptop keyboard is not proper working but when I gave it to them it had only battery problem and they also checked and also entered the password to open.
