I registered a display issue complaint on the Lenovo website. A week later, a technician from the Kannur service centre came with a new panel, worked unprofessionally, and damaged the laptop.

After delays, the laptop was returned but wouldn’t turn on. Later, the service team collected it again and, without my consent, formatted my additional SSD containing all my work and personal data, claiming they were formatting the inbuilt SSD. Now, the inbuilt SSD slot is also not working.

Issues is not solved they just gave me the laptop and closed the ticket with a fake report
