I have raised a few complaints and one of it was infotainment systems the complaint was lodged on 29 2024 , it's been almost 5 months.
1) I had a problem with the wind shield post complaining several times they have replaced it
2) infotainment systems - the main reason for taking Mahindra 3xo is because of infotainment systems, and the problem started when I took new phone as it was android 14, several times I visited the service centre. As my work is a field job I frequently get the calls I was not able to attained properly since I need to park vehicles in designated parking space in NH /SH and use cellphone ,several visits and several calls to customer care has been made but still dint receive any written statement that my issue will be resolved.i feel cheated as they promised best infotainment systems and I recieved defect one , I doubt on future service and this is making me traumatized and making me mentally disturbed, I have tried to speak many times all I recieved was lack of proper response and now they expect me to mail to the seniors to get my issue resolved,
Most raising grievance , I have not got any response and NCH agent closed the grievance and asked to complaint
I demand return of vehicle if they fail to resolve my issue with full refund.
