This is to inform regarding the seat allocation mismanagement issues in KSRTC I've recently faced eventhough I've booked the seats earlier. First nearby passenger refuses to move from my seat & later due to interference of conductor I was able to be in the allocated seats with several arguments & she even doesn't take her luggage. She refuses to takeback her luggage & makes me discomfort to sit in the place. I've booked the seat due to some health issues, What's the use of booking the ticket earlier with high amount? No involvement was made by conductor for moving away her luggage.
