Sir/Madam,
Iam Lalitha D, I was missold kotak life insurance 2 policies 2 years ago saying it was only to be paid 3 premiums and no further premiums need to paid, i can withdraw it anytime after 3 years and i would be given full paid amount along with 13% interest.
I clearly mentioned him that iam a housewife whereas he has filled all wrong information in application form and the insurance company has even approved of it as well.
I didn't not provide anything other than pan card and aadhar card copy.
I questioned him after receiving the policy that the terms were very different as compared to what he promised me but he completely manipulated me assuring it's only for 3 years and can definitely be withdrawn without any hassle or deduction along with very good interest.
The person who missold me was a bank relationship manager who let the job 6 months ago since then i have found out about the misselling and complained about it to every platform i knew, insurance ombudsman refunded me 1 policy amount and has rejected another policy refund saying that it is a good policy it would better if i continue even though iam telling her again and again that iam a housewife, iam not capable enough of paying premiums.
I have again file a complaint in RBI Ombudsman it's already 4 months and they are still processing my complaint.
Please help me with this.
