I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding an online food order I placed on the KFC website on 05-05-2025.

• Bill Amount Paid: [1,347.99]
Although the payment was successfully made and the order number was generated, I did not receive the food. When I visited the store, the staff informed me that they had not received the order. They advised me to contact customer care. 080-42754444
I contacted customer care, and they assured me that a refund would be processed. However, I have still not received the refund, and now neither the customer care team nor the store staff are responding to my queries.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and processing my refund at the earliest.
