I bought pigeon company electric kettle from DMart on 10/09/2024. I gave them to check there. A red light was on in the kettle. So I thought the kettle worked fine. And I brought her home. After that when I come home and turn on the kettle, the red light comes on but the kettle does not heat up. Since then I have contacted the company but till now there is no solution to my problem. And now there is not even a call in the company.
