I have booked two sarees from Kalamandir Hyderabad and I wanted to exchange one saree. After many requests they agreed to exchange. I sent the saree through DTDC and I have received the update online that it has been delivered.
Now Kalamandir people are saying they have not received the parcel. And not sending the exchanged item.
Please need help.
