I recently ordered. a Jockey trunk from jockey online store, they were showing design on their website that they dont have produce and when I received a different design of the trunk, they said its written in the product disclaimer which was at the bottom of the page saying "that the product shown is just for reference and the final product delivered may be different not even below the product" which was buried deep in the product description at the end of the page, not even highlighted. This is literally a scam in my opinion and totally unethical way of doing a business by a Multinational company.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Jockey India at Grievance.Officer@jockeyindia.com, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting replace or refund of Rs. 729/-.
