As I mentioned in Subject line above: Jiomart thieved 147 INR as Order amount when I placed the Prepaid Order for 3 nos of Anjali Cheese Grater, Order placed and set to Under Process by Jiomart Mgmt. and Order Handling guys on 14th September 2025, but the status intentionally and deliberately NOT MOVED AHEAD and still Under Process even today i.e. 15th September 2025. I've called multiple times to Customer Service Number 1800 890 1222, but those CS agents who are bound to help out Customer by either getting Order delivery done on expedite basis or expedite the Refund with even more or atleast same speed and timeline. On the contrary those shitty, vile agents are conspiring to thieve 147 INR from me by using EVASIVE TACTICS by advising me to "WAIT FOR ORDER DELIVERY TO HAPPEN" and deliberately not providing any sure timeline and deadline of Order delivery.. Below are the Order details, that must be taken into account when investigating this with only mindset and goal of achieving Consumer-Satisfactory resolution:
