I am decided to perches new jio connection on (27-9-2025). I am Riced a request in my jio app on that tome they are send one massage on that massage the share one contact persona 6303916674. that jio person call me and i complete the my payment 3 months jio 100 mps pack my transaction id: 20250927210580000178699954550962451 and jio air fiber booking no: LR00000Y23PS. I have spent 3400rs but still toady my connection pending. in customer care support no one is reacting. still my odder shooing in my jio app pending . what is the reason I don't now . place lock into this problem.

Thread 'JioFiber Installation Fraudulent'

On the date of 30/03/2025 Jioiber team contact myself Mahika Goswami (30) for internet connect, i agreed for connection. They assured installation on 31/03/2025. Ashish installation techinician came on the same day 31/03/2025 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1111 in Credpay UPI and assured installation will be completed in 1-2hrs. After some time he told us that there is no port so they cannot proeed with the installation. SO we asked for the refund and proceed the cancellation as we wanted jiofiber only. He told us it will get cancelled...
