On the date of 09/11/2024 JioAirfiber team contact myself Dinakaran.S (28) for internet connect, i agreed for connection and paid amount of rs.1000 in online UPI payment. They assured installation on 10/11/2024. Rajkumar installation techinician came on very next day 09/11/2024 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1221.46in UPI and assured installation will be completed by 10/11/2024. Once after he didnt attended (3days) any call, msg by both sales & technician. On 12/11/2024 i approached his superior by evening 7:00PM he assured installation will be 13/11/2024 . From evening 13/11/2024 he also no responsding and came to know i was cheated by whole team of Jio Airfiber. I went through mental stress & trauma while contacting & following as a constumer . I request you file a complaint against jioairfiber team.
