I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the abrupt disconnection of my JioFiber internet connection on 27th March 2025, without any prior notice or subsequent resolution.
Despite raising multiple service requests through, Phone calls to customer care, The MyJio app, Emails to the support team.
No engineer has visited my premises nor has any representative responded with a concrete resolution to date.
This negligence has caused severe disruption to my household, especially my children’s online education, which has been adversely affected. The lack of internet access for such a prolonged period has caused mental stress and inconvenience, violating the commitment and responsibility expected from a telecom service provider.

- Full refund of my advance payment and security deposit, as the service was disrupted without resolution for over 12 days.
Immediate escalation and disciplinary action against the responsible team or service partner for their negligence.
- A formal explanation for the service outage and lack of support.
