I have severe internet issues in mobile network in my area. I have complained about this to their customer support but the didn't take any action on it. I have been waiting patiently for any action to be taken but they broke my trust on their brand and the the patience. I have to spend more than half of the time in turning the airplane mode on and off and trying different locations and also trying different APNs and it works for just a moment. Even trying to switch to 4G doesn't work. This is a very bad experience and doesn't allow me to do my any of the daily browsing tasks also.
