Serious service negligence by @JioCare
I am a Jio AirFiber customer for 2+ years with 100% timely bill payments. Since 1 Jan 2026, my Jio TV Set-Top Box is not working, though internet is active.
I have logged complaints daily for the last 10 days via 18008969999 & Jio app. Visits are scheduled repeatedly but no engineer turns up and no resolution is provided.
I had already disconnected my previous TV service trusting Jio, and now my family is fully dependent on Jio TV. My elderly mother stays alone at home, is unwell, and depends on TV for religious channels.
Due to Jio’s failure, I have lost service time, work hours, and faced mental harassment, despite paying bills regularly.
Demanding immediate resolution, service downtime compensation, and accountability.
Please take this seriously before I proceed legally.
