Today i came to know about one of the Relience jio offer which is something like on or above 349rs. recharge they are providing Google Gemini pro subscription at free of cost for the age group of 18-25 for 18 months.

Now on my mobile number i have active plan of rs. 3599 which is a yearly plan and will going to expire on 15th aug 2026 which you can also see in the attached photo.

After seeing this offer i went to customer care of jio and start getting more information regarding the same.

after explaining everything to 1st executive regarding what i wanted to know regarding offer and all...i asked them how can i able to start this offer on my number what's the process. so without giving any answer 1st executive just hang up the call.

Now i again connect with the customer Care.

2nd executive started the conversation i explained her as well regarding everything and again asked how can i able to get benefit of this offer because i am very well fit into their pre specificed criterias to get the advantage of this offer.

so officer first told me that i am not fit into their criteria of age limit of 18 to 25.
so i asked them what proof they have which saws my age is above 25.

They have no proof of that and also not have anything updated on their data base which is confirmed by the executive it self on the call recording infact they might lieing to me that my age is above 25.

then after 2nd executive just transferred the call to 3rd executive...while transferring the call i already told to 2nd executive that you should also be there on line and don't transfer the call, just add the 3rd executive if you need help.

but they just keeps on transfer a call like anything.

3rd executive started conversation, and told me i am not eligible i asked him why... what's the criteria...but he just keep telling that i am not eligible but not giving any reason why i am not eligible. and keeping himself away from answering this question.

because i very well know that i am between 18 to 25 of age but they keep telling me i am not in this criteria.

and at the end without giving any proper answer or without any resolution of my problem 3rd executive also hung up the call.

this is serious issue for the jio and consumer court as well... because companies now a days taking undue advantage of lack of awareness among people.

i am demanding a serious actions to be taken and need immediate solution for this.

looking forward to hearing from you all and if not get any revert from any organisation on this, this email will going further into escalation.
