i shifted from Ghaziabad UP to Navi Mumbai. For that purpose i called customer care jio to disconnect my connection so that i can apply for new connection at new location. However, i was advised by executive that i can pay the bill and connection can be relocated without any charge.
I was told that amount of extra amount paid (approx 1400) in existing connection and charges of Rs. 1200 paid while making relocation request would be adjusted with new connection.
I am following up with Jio customer care for installation of connection at new location for the last 10 days. However, no response has been received till date. Everyday i am told that new connection will be installed today but no one has contacted for installation.
