Jio Mart company as a training officer has provided zero training to their delivery guy and which has given me mental trauma as I left my 7 months old baby on walker to get the delivery from my doorstep and the delivery guys (2of them were there) just to deliver my order both were sitting on the bike no one bothered to get down from the bike and the person sitting back handed me a big bag of the order, My order was for ₹1055 but the delivery guy told give me 1060 to which I replied I have 5 rupees change, I gave the delivery guy 500(2) currency notes and 100(1) currency note and 5 coins wrapped of rupees 1
Instead of returning me the change both of them went as soon as I turned back to keep that heavy bag on the floor of house.
Just because I was alone at home with a 7 months old kid and was unable to go to the store physically I used Jio mart for the first time because I trusted the company because of the word (JIO) in that app, I could have easily used some other competitor app like Blinkit or Instamart as I’ve always used them before also but now I feel it was my mistake to use this app. I have trust issues now for ordering anything online.
They took my money , mistreated me and I was alone I felt very bad emotionally and mentally as I also have a neurological medical history, I’ve reported everywhere even talked to their customer care that I’ll complain against your company but no satisfactory reply was given by their end
