I had booked some items from jio mart dated 12.01.2026 among these item one item delivery is still pending till today. I already have tried jio mart consumer care but nothing is useful and satisfactory even they have cut my call once and made excuses once of non audibility even one of them told me that he have raised request of refund but till today no refund is showing in my app and every day product takes hiccup to next day. I want immediate solution on this as soon as possible. I have attached invoice issued jiomart for my product for your reference.
