I raised a request for add on Jio setup box by making payment of 1,180 by choosing slot of 10am - 12 pm on March 1, 2026. Upon realising that there was no attempt made by anyone related to this installation, I called Jio home customer care around 2 pm to check status. Agent said the issue is escalated and in turn created new service request for March 2 installation. This schedule is also not completed and I called customer care again, agent by name Ambika promised the installation will be done by evening of March 2. Again there is no contact or attempt madd for this installation. Pathetic service where no one knows who is taking care of the issue.
