I upgraded my Jio Fibre plan more than a week ago. The set top box was to be installed. The MyJio app keeps rescheduling the appointment for installation by itself. From app their is option to call and track engineer but both the option always keeps telling facing issue try again later. Every other day I get a message that as per " my request" appointment has been rescheduled. I have never asked for rescheduling. The engineers keep cancelling the appointment themselves. It has been more than a week. No one has called. I keep getting messages that appointment has been rescheduled. Still STB has not been installed. Called customer care multiple times. no help received. Please help
