My jio fiber connection number - 05223663133 mobile no - 8299743411 is stopped sudenly on 19th march/26 . i raised complaint no - SR 00002JYZAK , but resolution status puting by engineer relocation , wire need to change ,other reasons and holding my service .
I send so many mails to care@jiofiber , called coustomer cares requlaorly from 19 to still 28 th march they put shedule engineer , but engineers hold my request .
I'm trying from 10 days to solve my problem but still not solved from jio fiber team .
I paid full year payment to them to us services but no any response .
so i'm requesting you to please get solve or retrum my full money from jio fiber . i will go for another board band services .
