Hi Team,
I had raised a request for reallocation and Reinstallation of my JIO fiber Internet connection on 2nd November and the Order number is (CO00021FA9O4). For installation due date was 3rd and 4th November, but no technician visited my place for Reinstallation. And I received a message my Jio fiber service request no SR00002RQ26T has been successful processed. But later no one visited my place for Reinstallation.
Then I called to customer care about my request they raised new request on 7th November and told me they will escalate to back end team. Order no- CO00021FA9O4 and installation due date was 10th November. But no technician visited my place. And I received message my Jio fiber service request no SR00002RYCIX has been successfully processed. When I checked the status of my request it is showing canceled.
It has an extremely negative user impact. If you can not provide services then don’t give false hope to customer. It’s already 8 days over my issue not resolved and I have paid for this.
If my issue doesn’t resolve tomorrow then please cancel my Jio fiber connection and return my 8 days money. So that I will take Airtel fiber connection.
