Hi, while recharging my jio plan, I have choose recharge button and recharged with saved card and cvv was automatically detected and payment got deducted. After the bank confirmation found that the recharge was happened to higher 300mps plan instead of my regular plan 30mbps.
Same time i called to customer care and explained my issue, the agent confirmed me that the balance will get added to my account and the plan will get changed to old plan as 30mbps instead of 300mbps.
After 3 days I don't see the change and called the customer care on 19th October to check the plan change request status. Now the jio team changed the version and telling me that they cannot change my plan as per the company’s policy! Why the app took new plan instead of existing/regular plan? Why I am unable to choose my plan change when I have the amount paid in Jio! They really looting public money by giving automatic a higher plans in recharge option in hurry if customer recharge it they are not changing the plan!
Please help me to get the opportunity to change my plan and use that money to use 3 months instead of 1 month!
