I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the disconnection of my internet services for Business Account ID 410164210795. My registered mobile number is 9712007007.

I made a payment of 6,032 on February 19th. Despite this, my connection was disconnected on February 25th. I have been calling customer care for the past five days and have not received a proper response or resolution. Every time they give me time since 5 days. When i ask for resolution they disconnect my call after saying that customer is repeating same thing and not disconnecting call that is why we are disconnecting call from our end.

I am facing wrost experience in my life. Jio fiber is wrost company ever i have seen.

This situation is causing significant distress. My entire company relies on this connection to operate, and my business has currently come to a complete standstill.
