I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the fraudulent collection of ₹600 by one of your representatives yesterday, followed by a complete failure to deliver the promised service.
Yesterday, a Jio Fiber salesman visited me, collected ₹600 as payment, and instructed me to wait for service activation. I complied and waited as requested, but no personnel contacted me or visited my premises/shop since then.
This morning, I repeatedly attempted to contact the salesman. He finally answered after 20-25 calls and assured me that he would immediately dispatch a technician, but no one has arrived yet.
I request immediate action to arrange the refund of the ₹600 that was taken under false pretenses. Furthermore, I urge you to take strict disciplinary action against the concerned employee for this act of deception and for wasting my valuable time, ensuring that such misconduct is not repeated with other customers.
