Hi,

I am facing issue with Jio fiber net connection from 20th Oct'25 onwards.
Since my issue is not yet resolved. I had a service request since 22nd Oct'25. Still now no one has take responsibility.

I have connected many jio person but there is no response from their side also

Here with attached the screenshot against I had raised service request, it's automatically closed without any confirmation by myself or from my family side.

Please assist to short out the issue asap
