Hi, I had recently placed an order for sim port on my jio.. I wanted a sim for a jio bharat phone with same number.. But the agent informed I cannot use the old sim for jio phone and insisted me to take the phone which he had.. I wanted a different model. And ended up paying extra amount of 1350 to him. I tried registering the complaint on every possible platform with jio.. But no response.
