Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have connection with Jio Fiber vide connection number 4035614486 with registered mobile no 8555023724. Earlier my connection was at Hastinapuram locality recently 1week ago I have shifted my residence address. Hence I have opted for fiber reallocate but the locality does not have fiber connectivity which was not informed to me and asking to cancel the connection and they are not paying the damages to initial deposit and bill amount which is already paid for the current cycle. And also I have opted for new air fiber connection vide Order Number : NO0001FX50OY and JioFixedVoice Number : +914031904621 by paying the application fee of 807 on 18th sep 2026. Till now they did not done the installation.
