Had a discussion with many representative over call for JIO Wi-Fi. They do marketing for unlimited data and then give you 1000gb with poor speed and frequent disconnections with no assistance. They adversities that you will get UNLIMITED DATA AND THEN LIMIT THE DATA FOR 1000gb and no other plans are available for more data, you have no other options just to top up the data every month to keep it going. SO BAD, A COMPANY THIS BIG! DOING FALSE MARKETING OF UNLIMITED DATA AND GIVING LIMITED DATA.
Had a conversation with NARENDRA DUBEY L2 in JIO support with call reference number-MR0001NQX29Q, he was sleeping over the call after requesting many times to speak loudly but he was NOT at all cooperative, I asked him that we don’t have data in our broadband to even top up the broadband but he still didn’t care and I felt I was talking to robot who is repeating the same line.
I made a huge mistake to get this Wi-Fi from JIO, they are liar and cheater.
They don’t even address your concerns and transfer your call to one another and you keep on explaining your concerns to different people again and again.
This is very shitty service.
And I’AM GOING TO SWITCH ALL MY JIO CONNECTION 5-7 numbers and broadband to other network, because they don’t know how to keep their customer happy or even retain them.
They have done something in our broadband that 200gb data is being exhausted by using a mobile phone only in one day, and this thing they are not even understanding. How can a smartphone use 100 go data in one day.
Every month I have to recharge the plan and then have to add extra package just to keep me going on a month. This keep my parent hanging on a thread, don’t know when the Internet is going to exhaust and we have to pay again to get some Internet, as we do not get any reception at our place and only way to connect is Internet and Wi-Fi calling.
, and if the Wi-Fi is exhausted or disconnects frequently then how will my parents will contact me or any person outside.
It’s giving me STRESS, a lot of stress and frustration, I’m left with NO Internet in the middle of the night
KINDLY CONTACT FOR THE LOSS AMOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT INCLUDES PLAN CHARGES AND A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF STRESS THAT THIS WI-FI AND JIO NETWORK GOT US. WHETHER IT’S THEIR WI-FI OR SIM SERVICES.
