Jio AirFiber Relocation Delay, Order Cancellation & Refund Not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had requested for Jio AirFiber relocation on 6th December 2025 and paid ₹1200/- for a new connection, excluding the balance from my existing connection.
However, the uninstallation itself was delayed excessively and was completed only on 27th December 2025 (after 21 days).

Even after uninstallation:

- I have not received the new AirFiber connection
- No refund has been processed
- When I tracked the order 3 days ago, it shows “Order Cancelled”
- I have not received any communication or justification for the cancellation

Further, I am unable to reach customer care:

- Calls are getting automatically disconnected
- System says no active AirFiber connection, even though relocation was officially raised and paid for
- Multiple follow-ups via call and email have received no response

This is causing serious inconvenience and mental harassment.
