Dear Sir / Madam,
I've raised a request for Jio Air Fiber Relocation service and made a payment of 1200/- on 3-Dec-2025 (Transaction ID - UPI20251203001079803). Based on my request they have recovered all the instruments from my old location. I waited nearly for 10 days for the new installation at my new place and no one came or called me for the installation where I used to call the customer care following up daily for the update. Finally I decided to cancel the order because of their negligence and cancelled the order and requested for the refund for the payment I made initially (1200/-). They cancelled the service on 15-Dec-2025 and not initiated the refund process till now.
I started calling the customer care # 1800 896 9999 continuously and none of the executive helped to resolve the issue. Simply they will say I'm escalating or forwarding this issue to the concern team and nothing will happen there after and most of the times they will disconnect the call saying they routing the call L2. Again I've to call them continuously and sometime I need to hang on the call for 25min to 30mins. We don't have any other option to reach them directly where the customer care is useless. If we send any email to the concern team, we will get the reply only from BOT and no one is addressing it.
I've attached the email sent to the concern team. Below are the service request # which has been raised with no action taken.

I request that this matter be treated with urgency. If the issue is not resolved within [ 2 days], I will be compelled to escalate this to TRAI and consumer grievance forums.
