I am filing this complaint against Jio AirFiber regarding a persistent billing error and failure to honor a redeemed credit voucher.

The Dispute:
I redeemed a "Pay in Advance" voucher in December. I was issued a confirmation (Ref: RV000033Q3S4) stating the credit would be adjusted in the next bill. Including GST, the total credit value is ₹706.82.
Despite multiple calls to customer care, I have been repeatedly misled. In my last interaction, the executive explicitly promised that this month’s bill would be ₹0 if I cleared the previous month's dues. I honored my part and paid the previous bill, but Jio has failed to honor theirs. A new bill has been generated for the full amount without the ₹706.82 adjustment.
Demands:
Immediate application of the ₹706.82 credit (₹599 + GST) to my current bill.
Correction of the current bill to show a zero balance as promised.
Cessation of automated payment reminders until this credit is applied.
Jio's practice of taking advance payments via vouchers and then refusing to adjust them in the promised timeline constitutes a deficiency in service and a violation of consumer rights.
