From 10th February 2026 Jio Air Fiber at my home address is working extremely slow. I have purchased 30 mbps plan and the speed received is of 1-2 mbps.
We have made a complaint to Jio Air Fiber. Their customer care executives tell us that the issue will be solved in the next 24 hours but from 10 days nothing has been done from their side. They have made false promises of solving the issue.
We have paid the prepaid bill for the whole month and from 10 days there is no internet. Thus need refund for that amount.
