I made an extended warranty through Jeeves consumer services pvt ltd , when I purchased mobile November,2023.

In July,2025 , problem happened on my mobile. So I contacted Jeeves consumer services pvt ltd, to repair my mobile under extended warranty claim.

On 17/07/2025, Someone one called me and picked my mobile. He did not gave any receipt or any proof. I asked him , replied , i will get at online.
Nothing received after 11 hrs of pick up, this raises doubt , hence I making complaint on their moral assurance.

Online customer care not working at Jeeves consumer services pvt ltd website.

I want proof of receiving or return of my mobile.

this company makes people fool and made harassed. They picked up my mobile for repair . Make me wait for 15 days. After 15 days I get to know nothing done on this mobile.

No assurance form Jeeves side that they can deliver timely.
Also when repair not done , why they did not informed me and returned priority basis.
Via mail also not appreciable solution or step.
Only solution need to wait , given by Jeeves. Courier partner also not picking up return assignment.

Hi I took a mobile phone n tolled Jeeva insurance I claimed for insurance they told they will give amount for repair or we will get it done repair for repair we have to pay processing fee after paying fee they will pick up with three days but they didn’t do they told Techinical issues it’s been 16days they are telling same thing way should I do now

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my Mi TV which is covered under extended warranty provided by Jeeves Consumer Services.

I purchased this TV on [Purchase Date] and also purchased an extended warranty from Jeeves. Unfortunately, my TV has been malfunctioning for the past 7–8 months. Despite repeatedly contacting your customer support and raising service requests multiple times, no proper action has been taken so far.

Your team has continuously delayed the resolution by giving assurances such as “today”, “tomorrow”, or “soon”, but the issue still remains unresolved. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

I request you to kindly take immediate action and either repair or replace the TV as per the terms of the extended warranty. If the issue is not resolved within 7 days from the date of this email, I will be compelled to escalate the matter and file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve my issue at the earliest.
