I ordered from Myntra Zeel Clothing Lehenga and Blouse with Dupatta and paid Rs. 2775 but I only received blouse and its lining. I refused to take the package from delivery person because by seeing the package I could make out that it did not contain entire order (Lehenga/Dupatta) because the package was thin and lightweight, a package with Lehenga/Dupatta/Blouse would be big/bulky which was not the case. The delivery person forced me to take it and he said to speak to customer care and initiate return. I immediately made an unpacking/unboxing video and spoke to customer care and raised an issue. I sent them the unpacking video and images of the package and its contents (blouse and its lining) where there was no lehenga and dupatta. More than 3 times I raised the issue to grievance redressal team and they closed it saying that they have delivered the entire order even after me providing the unpacking video and images of the package which has barcode and labels on it. There is a wedding on 23rd Jan and I wanted the lehenga urgently and as it was semi-stitched, I had to give it for stitching. I am a housewife and I did not have enough money, so I purchased it through Credit from Snapmint in 3 monthly instalments and I paid a down payment of Rs. 444 and the rest in Feb, March and April of Rs. 786 each month. In the whole process of raising issue by speaking to customer care, emailing, and sending evidence, I have gone through a lot of mental agony/trauma and I need a compensation for the mental harassment I have gone through in this whole process.
