I placed an order for a Volmax microphone and Pentel lead through Amazon. The tracking information shows that both items were delivered. However, I did not receive either of them.
I have thoroughly checked around my delivery location and asked neighbors, but the packages are not there. This is very concerning and disappointing. It appears the items were either delivered to the wrong address, lost during transit, or mishandled.
I request an immediate investigation into this issue and a prompt resolution, either through replacement of the items or a full refund.
