I ORDERED TWO WATER COOLERS WITH ORDER ID TC252928297984 but only one of them was delivered and the other was not delivered but on the online tracking system of croma it is marked delivered I asked them about this they said it is a glitch and will be solved but i have not got solution till now and there is no way to contact them we have to request a call back amd they are not calling back.and my cooler is not yet deliVered please see into it🙏

  • 13-May-2024 – I called customer support. They asked me to send a video as proof, which I did.
  • 16-May-2024 – No response received yet regarding the replacement or refund.


Important:

  • Please avoid vague messages like “my product is not working” or “no one is replying.”
  • The more clear and date-specific your message is, the faster and more accurately we can assist you.
