I enquired various website for dispatching one LED TV 55" make Samsung from Noida to Kanpur last month (on 11-Nov-2025). Mr. Vikram Singh from DTDC Packer and Movers contacted me and then whatsapped me his details. His phone number is 7357501199. He approached me again and I told him to wait. I then called him on 7th December 2025 and confirmed sending the TV as per agreed terms.
He gave my number and details to another person mobile no. 9560157363 who asked me to share live location to pick up the item. He then send two persons (Mr. SP Choudhary + 1) for picking up the item, they collected TV and wrapped it right in front of me and asked to make the payment of Rs.5,500/- (paid thru UPI).
He shared the digital copy of invoice (attached herewith) and they took away the TV on Scooty and Mr. SP Choudhary (mobile no. 8094740377) told me that since it is Sunday Vikram ji will send you the tracking no. tomorrow once item is loaded on truck for delivery. I then enquired on Tuesday 9th December 2025 and contacted all three of them and requested for tracking no. which they never shared. Since then I am continuously following up with them but they always made false commitment, not telling the truth, and now none of them picking up the calls.
I have the photo and whatsapp detail of person who picked up the TV from house and also have the screenshot of payment. I am struggling and now concerned about my TV. It is more than 10 days and the TV is not yet delivered nor they are confirming me the exact status. Though his phone is working and functional but he is not answering not attending my calls. I request you to kindly register an FIR and take necessary action against Vikram Singh and company and individuals involved, and help me in delivering or recovering my TV at the earliest. Let me know in case you need any help, support or assistance in this matter from my side. Looking forward for prompt and timely resolution...
