Hello,
I have taken service for interior designer. But after confirmation of contract, I paid 99K as advance. They verbally assure all services will be completed in 15 days but for safer side they put 30 days to complete all task.
Issue is, they have no proper plan for task completion. I have to call and track every day. There is multiple false commitment for task completion.
But even after 30 days task has not completed.
I have taken below service as per contract
- Painting for 2 BHK
- False ceiling for 2 BHK
- Electric setup and fitting
-Funiture in kitchen and bedroom.
All service was delayed and incomplete.
Total amount paid 1.98L as and when demanded by them.
After 30 days also everything is pending. I tracked and completed painting work, but other than that all things are pending. They stop working and giving some excuses as their resources are busy on other site.
