My jio fiber stopped working on third April in the morning. So I raised a ticket on third April at 9:38 AM. The engineer visit was scheduled around 2 PM. The same day. No one has come. I waited for another three days. Still no one responded. I cancel the ticket and I opened another ticket on sixth April. They schedule the ticket on seventh April and no one responded. They rescheduled to 8th April between 11 AM to 12 AM and today also no one responded. I called customer service multiple times. They promised me that they’ll fix the issue within two hours and no one has fixed my issue. Please help.
Attached are the tickets which I raised and cancelled.
