I had placed an order with Oziva (Zywie Ventures Private Limited) for a specific product. However, despite no delivery attempt, the order was falsely marked as delivered., I didn't even had a word with delivery rider for product delivery and not even shared any OTP, later came to know that he has delivered product to a random person considering him a building watchman and Oziva not even have a OTP delivery for such costly products...
After multiple follow-ups and explaining the situation—highlighting the serious lapse by the delivery personnel—I eventually received a tampered package.
Upon raising the issue, the Oziva team agreed to send a replacement of the originally ordered product. However, on receiving the replacement today, I was shocked to find that the product delivered was entirely different from what I had originally ordered.
It has now been 17 days since I placed the order, yet I have not received the correct product. This clearly reflects a case of deficiency in service and points towards unfair trade practices on the part of Oziva.
