Respected Court,
Please review my case, am very much in hope that from here I will get some solution.

As the fridge is 4 year old and the product is not repairable even the fridge compressor is under warranty

1. Product is proved not reparable from the side of Samsung customer care.

2. To hide their product failure they are giving me depreciation.

3. Continuous mail trails and over call customer support conversations they didn’t gave me a repairable solution.

4. I request brand for 75% depreciation as I had already paid some charges regarding the repair and services mid day.

5. I requested brand to either replace the product and I will the 25% amount of the product price.

6. With this experience If company wanted me to accept the 60% depreciation coupon so I want it to be in a DD or cheque form because I don’t want to go with the same brand again and again or give me a 75% coupon of Samsung products

Therefore I request the consumer court to please review the laws and is this 60% of depreciation is valid or not, hence I request the court to please guide my case.
