Dear Sir/Madam,
I have Bought my IPhone 17 from Bajaj Electronics Karkhana Branch in November.
from December 25th 2025 my Mobile Sim Slot Network is not Working i Have went to Conquer Technologies Ameerpet Branch on 01-01-2026, and Submitted my mobile to the concern Team.
They took my mobile and on 07-01-2026 they called me and said that mobile repair has been completed u can come and collect the Mobile so on 08-01-2026 morning 10am i reached to service center and asked for mobile they took my SIM Card and inserted it in phone even though the Network is Not working they said they have changed the LOGIC BOARD(Mother Board). same day again they kept my mobile with them and updated me that they need it to send Bangalore for service i agreed for it and they sent it Bangalore Same day and from that day daily i m in follow up with the Ameerpet Team for Mobile Service status.
And on 16-01-2026 Mobile has resent it to Hyderabad Ameerpet with out the Service done Reason they are telling some issue inside the Mobile it will be not done free it will cost 40,000/- mobile is new mobile and it is Under Warranty the repair or Service should be covered under the Warranty but they are not agreeing for that they are demanding me to pay 40,000/- then only they will do the mobile repair.
they kept my mobile without giving to me with them only till 30-01-2026 Exact 1month on 30-01-2026 if i argue with the team then they are saying pay money den we will repair your mobile if not take your mobile and go they said.
they have given my mobile back with out doing the repair still my new mobile is not working only.
please help me to solve this issue.
