I am absolutely fed up with your pathetic and useless service. Every time I raise a complaint, your team gives the same bullshit excuse about resolving it within 4 working hours — yet nothing ever happens.
Not a single responsible person has visited or taken ownership of the issue. And today at 5 PM, someone finally showed up only to say “this is not my job.”
If this is how your process works, it’s a complete joke.
We are done wasting time with your unprofessional and bullshit support system. If you can’t fix the issue immediately, then disconnect your damn network from this location — and from all 35 of our branches.
No more false promises. No more delays. Either fix it NOW or get lost
