airtel has imposed IR(international roaming)bill charges amounting rs 4300 . i asked and complained 121 & appellate authorities thr almost 20 mails for period 4/1/26 till today 10/1/26 ,1) To submit Details Of Usage statement 2)I have not applied for IR how it activated 3)As soon as i received message on 1/12/25 approached airtel counter on 2/12/25 and complained , they canceled and message reflected on my mobile (same sent 121 &appellate) .
The IR charges for period 7/12/25 to13/12/25 imposed in my postpaid bill. A lot of harrashment and misguiding done ,never spcifically replied to points raised. commercial way thru mail and constant message's threatening to pay bill .I being Senior Citizen get frustrated lot and paid bill with subject to condition to appeal next.My simple querry how IR get by airtel initiated when not applied and even not used. Request for detailed investigation and punishment to mislead and harrash senior citizens my total loss IR paid amount 4500 plus expenditure 1500 plus harrashment 5000 total 11000 rs. req to stop their one way monopoly
