Hello, on 22nd Feb 2026 i applied for whatsapp API with interakt with free plan, and connected with shopify, then i bought its paid plan Growth for Rs.24767/- and started using its features, i tried those features but as i was new so i reuested for support, one POC was assigned to me but he did not responded to my mails and subsiquently again i launched a complaint, at that time one of the sales person conveinced me to upgrade for Advance plan to get everything unlimited. I upgraded and paid Rs.42627/- but after that also they did not responded, i made several complaints and today i.e.18th March 2026, a phone call came from the team followed with mail that i am not qualified for refund. They bluntly refused to make the refund.
Now Rs.42000/- is not a small amount for small person like me who is trying to build the business.
I request to help me to raise the issue and get the refund back.
These people are cheaters and once they take the money they do not respond to their clients.
