I would like to tell you that me and my wife has covered under icici Lombard general insurance (corporate policy) and undergone the surgery ear of my wife in julh 2023 and I had take intimation no for reimbursement claim before admitting in the novel hospital patna.
At the time of intimation I had given all the information regarding patient, surgery, dr and hospital also. I have given mail also to intimate Regarding surgery.
At the time of reimbursement icici Lombard has denied to pay the claim and told me that hospital has black listed so they will not pat pay my claim that was roughly 38k.
Then I complained in Bima Lokal patna and Bima Lokal given order to pay my claim 38k but icici Lombard pay only 30k.
I want compensation also from icici Lombard because in this matter I had no fault if hospital was black listed then why the had not given any information at the time of intimation, since last 2 years me and my family suffers alot. During these tough time I didn't express my mental and financial condition how to manage my family needs.
Kindly take my concern and allow icici Lombard ti pay compensation that will help to support my family.
