I , Santanu Biswas was travelling by my car on 16/02/2026 at 1:10am and was hit by a truck near BT road kolkata.Both the sides and back was damaged. I have submitted my car( maruti suzuki ciaz hybrid delta) at nearest garage- premier car world , Agartala.
And have claimed my insurance to my insurance company - ICICI LOMBARD

They are rejecting my claim saying that multiple damaged are not included as it might be a previous damage. However the insurance policy was taken just few days back( nearly a week back) and all the necessary photos of the car was clicked and sent during online inspection.
Kindly look into the matter and accept my grievance as I am a doctor and it's not possible to invest my time behind this.
